Pinnacle have been my accountants for over 6 years for my consultancy business and have been excellent. I would highly recommend them for both those who are starting up a new business or have established businesses. Whilst excellent value, the most important attributes for my business was the quality of advice, levels of integrity, competence and professionalism. Equally, they are highly responsive, engaging and supportive, successfully navigating my business through what can be challenging and complex legislative requirements, which can have significant detrimental ramifications for businesses if not managed appropriately.

Thoroughly satisfied with level of professional services provided by Pinnacle Accountancy Limited, staff are extremely helpful and patient especially for new comers starting their business. Communication is clear and concise, there is always a willingness to break down the jargon and provide easy to understand information. Particularly enjoyed using their finance tracking app, made it easy to keep track of the company accounts through my mobile.

Professional, seamless service!
Sucessfully managing a business means that you must surround yourself with specialised professionals to attend to areas of the business with which you are not familiar with / are not an expert on yourself.
When it comes to accountancy there is no room for guessing; you must get it right!
I have been working with Pinnacle Accountancy for nearly 2 years and I am super pleased with their work ethic - prompt and accurate response, whilst being personal and friendly. Filing is done on time which is crucial. In essence Pinnacle Accountancy removes a huge weight off my shoulders. I never worry about accountancy, and basically limit my involvement to action Pinnacle's instructions / guidelines whenever needed.
I find Pinnacle Accountancy's to be an invaluable support to my business and hence cannot recommend them enough!

When I started my small business, I can honestly say that I did not have a clue about all the jargon and various reports that needed to be filed at Companys House and with HMRC. However, being with Pinnacle changed all that, Hashim (my account) is just amazing. As well as providing accounting services, tutorials on using the accounting software and debunking the jargon on reports are just brilliant, making all aspects of my business easy to understand.
